After a fatal tragedy, a community gathers for a memorial service. Meanwhile, a man navigates miles of surreal landscapes, uncertain of what awaits him.

The concept for "Days Away" was born out of the question, "Why do we beautify the scenes where loved ones were killed? ie: car accidents, mass-shootings, etc." An interesting conclusion arose. Perhaps memorials serve to remind/teach the lingering soul that they have died, and that it is time to pass on.

Major inspirations include: "Stranger Things", "Enter the Void"
